HOW IT WORKS WITH SIGNAL
Private Notes, One Tap From Signal
If you use Signal, you care where your data goes. Starrise Contacts has no account and no server for your contacts: they stay on your device and in your own accounts. A quick action button opens the person in Signal, and Starrise doesn’t read, import or sync your Signal messages.
- Make Signal a quick action: long-press a quick action button on a contact and choose Signal.
- Or make it the default: pick Signal in Settings if most of your chats happen there.
- Keep notes private: notes, gift ideas and files stay on your device; with Pro they sync only through your own iCloud.
- Never miss a date: birthday and anniversary reminders come from the app on your phone, not from a cloud service.

No. Starrise Contacts doesn’t read, import or sync chats or messages from Signal. A quick action button simply opens the person in Signal.
Signal works through the quick action buttons on each contact. The widgets and Controls open WhatsApp or Telegram chats, add a contact or start a note.
Yes. All data stays securely on your device and within your accounts. We do not upload or share any of your contact information as we strongly believe that these only belong to you. If you turn on iCloud Sync, your notes and other app data sync through your own private iCloud account, which we can’t access.
No extra steps needed. The app works directly with your iPhone contacts and updates automatically. Ensure you have given full permission in the settings app to access and edit contacts on your device.
Yes! You can choose your favorite apps (Call, WhatsApp, Telegram, Directions, Mail, etc.) for one-tap actions. Set the default in settings and long-press a quick action button in the contact profile to customize for a specific contact.
Yes, you can view and edit your contacts without internet. If you are using iCloud, GMail or Outlook as an account, the changes will sync once you are back online.
