Private by Design
Clients tell coaches things they tell almost no one else. Many CRMs keep that in someone else’s cloud, behind an account you first have to create. Starrise Contacts has no account. Your notes stay on your device, and with iCloud Sync (Pro) they move between your iPhone, iPad and Mac through your own iCloud, which we can’t access.
- Before a session: the AI note summary (Pro) turns months of notes into the few lines you need in the five minutes before a call.
- After a session: a to-do with a reminder (Pro) for the article you promised to send, or the check-in before their big presentation.

Yes, if you want simple, private client notes on your iPhone. You get dated notes for every session and reminders for birthdays, and with Pro to-dos, AI note summaries and Keep in Touch reminders. It works on the contacts you already have.
On your device. With iCloud Sync (Pro), they sync through your own private iCloud account, which we can’t access. There is no Starrise account and no Starrise server holding your notes. If your profession has specific rules for client records, check them before you store anything sensitive.
Yes. All data stays securely on your device and within your accounts. We do not upload or share any of your contact information as we strongly believe that these only belong to you. If you turn on iCloud Sync, your notes and other app data sync through your own private iCloud account, which we can’t access.
No extra steps needed. The app works directly with your iPhone contacts and updates automatically. Ensure you have given full permission in the settings app to access and edit contacts on your device.
Yes! You can choose your favorite apps (Call, WhatsApp, Telegram, Directions, Mail, etc.) for one-tap actions. Set the default in settings and long-press a quick action button in the contact profile to customize for a specific contact.
Yes, you can view and edit your contacts without internet. If you are using iCloud, GMail or Outlook as an account, the changes will sync once you are back online.
